Change "Opprett En Ny Blokk" to "Opprett en ny blokk" (wrong capitalaztion for Norweigan, may other lang as well..)
But better: how about just "Opprett blokk" and "Velg eksisterende blokk" aka "Create block" and "Choose existing block"
